Digital Shelf Lab is an umbrella brand of Codigo Bro LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (EIN: 42-3185729). Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Digital Shelf Lab and its operating entity Codigo Bro LLC. "You" and "your" refer to the person accessing the Site or purchasing our products.

We create, publish, and sell downloadable digital products, including ebooks, guides, resource packs, templates, video courses, learning tools, and digital toolkits. All products are delivered as digital files; no physical goods are shipped.

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the product for your own personal or operational use.

All content on the Site and in our products — including text, design, illustrations, templates, code, and branding — is the property of Codigo Bro LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Payments are processed by third-party, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers, including Stripe, Shopify Payments, and dLocal Go. Codigo Bro LLC does not collect, store, or process your card numbers. Your payment details are handled entirely by the payment provider under their own policies.

Products are delivered digitally. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with your download link — typically within minutes. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check your spam or promotions folder if delivery does not arrive.

Because our products are digital and delivered for immediate access, all sales are final and non-refundable. The only exception is a technical failure on our side (for example, a corrupt file or an undelivered product) that we are unable to resolve. See our Refund & Delivery Policy for full details.

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, reproduce content without authorization, or use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or the license for any product if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, without prejudice to any other rights we may have.

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work carefully, we do not warrant that our products are error-free or that results are guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
